Yes. The customers in your book are real people, and their data is your responsibility, not ours — we only process it on your instruction. Ask us for the agreement before you enter live customer data.
Any time. There is a CSV export covering the entire book, on every plan including the free one, with no questions and no surcharge.
Access continues to the end of the period you already paid for. After that the account moves to the free plan — nothing is deleted. Your book stays readable and exportable; if it is larger than the free limit you keep every record, you just cannot add new ones until you are back under the limit.
Yes — cancel within 14 days of taking out a paid plan and the last payment comes back in full, with the subscription ending immediately.
Under "Abo verwalten" in your account. The switch is immediate, and the unused part of the running month is credited against the yearly price — so switching mid-month only charges the difference.
The 14-day trial ends by itself. Nothing is charged, because no card was needed to start it.
Export once from Numbers as CSV and the app reads it straight away. Semicolons, commas and tabs are all detected automatically.
