Terms of service

The terms under which Moser Kunden is provided. Last updated 2026-08-16.

1. Scope

These terms govern the contract between ⚠ noch eintragen, ⚠ noch eintragen ("we") and you as the subscriber.

Moser Kunden is offered to businesses only — insurance brokers and broking firms acting in the course of their trade. It is not offered to consumers, and the statutory consumer right of withdrawal therefore does not apply. Section 6 grants a comparable right voluntarily.

2. What you get

Moser Kunden is web-based software for managing a book of insurance customers. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for the duration of the contract. No software is handed over and no source code is licensed.

3. Plans and prices

The free plan costs nothing and covers up to 5 customers. Every feature is included; only the size of the book is limited.

The "Lizenz" plan costs 20,00 € per month or 192,00 € per year and lifts that limit. All prices are net and exclusive of VAT, which is added at checkout according to your place of business.

New accounts start with a 14-day trial with no card required. It ends by itself; nothing rolls over.

4. Payment

Payment is handled by Stripe and is due in advance for each period. The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless cancelled.

If a payment fails, we may suspend access until it is settled. Stripe retries a failed collection several times before that point.

5. Term, cancellation and plan changes

You may cancel at any time in the customer portal, effective at the end of the period you have already paid for. Access continues until that date. After it, the account moves to the free plan — your book stays readable and exportable, and you may add new customers up to the free plan limit.

Switching from monthly to yearly takes effect immediately. The unused part of the running month is credited against the yearly price and only the difference is charged.

6. Money back

Cancel within 14 days of taking out a paid plan and we refund the last payment in full and end the subscription immediately. This is a voluntary promise, not a statutory right, and it is measured from the start of the subscription — not from the date of cancellation.

7. Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not warrant it. Maintenance, failures at our providers and force majeure can interrupt the service. No specific uptime is owed.

8. Your obligations

Keep your credentials to yourself and tell us if you suspect misuse.

You are responsible for the customer data you enter: for having the right to process it, for any consents required, and for its accuracy. You are the controller for that data; we are your processor under a separate data processing agreement.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an obligation essential to the contract, and only up to the damage typically foreseeable — capped at the fees paid in the twelve months before the event.

Keep your own backups. The CSV export exists for exactly that.

10. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms with at least six weeks’ notice by email. If you object before the change takes effect, the contract ends at that date; otherwise the new version applies.

11. Final provisions

The law of ⚠ noch eintragen applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is ⚠ noch eintragen. Should any provision be invalid, the remainder stands.
